Why am I not receiving notifications using the HubSpot mobile app?

Marketing: Basic, Pro, Enterprise
Sales: Free, Professional

When you first set up your HubSpot mobile app, you will be prompted to turn on notifications. If you dis-allow notifications at this stage, you can turn them on again in your App settings on your device.

  • Navigate on your device to Settings
  • From here, scroll down until you see the HubSpot app 
  • Click on Notifications to manage your notifications for the HubSpot mobile app
