Why am I not receiving notifications using the HubSpot mobile app for iOS?

When you first set up your HubSpot mobile app for iOS, you will be prompted to turn on notifications. If you dis-allow notifications at this stage, you can turn them on again in your App settings on your device. 

Please note: notifications are not supported on iOS 9 at this time.

  • Navigate on your device to Settings.
  • From here, scroll down until you see the HubSpot app.
  • Click on Notifications to manage your notifications for the HubSpot mobile app.
