How can Salesforce lead owners stop receiving revisit notifications?

By default, Salesforce lead owners will automatically receive revisit email alerts from HubSpot.

To stop these notifications, users will need to manually unsubscribe from one of the emails they have received.

If the Salesforce user is also a HubSpot user, HubSpot administrators can change these settings by follow the instructions below:

  • In HubSpot, navigate to Account Menu > Settings.
  • Click Notifications from the left side menu > locate the user to change notifications for and click Lead Revisit > choose No leads > click the X in the window to close out and save your settings. Now it should say Lead Revisit (none) next to the user.
