With HubSpot Sales, you can enable lead revisit notifications to be notified via the HubSpot Sales Chrome extension or Windows tray app when one of your leads visits your site. You will also see these visits within your HubSpot Sales stream. Follow the steps below to enable real-time lead revisit notifications with HubSpot Sales.
This article walks through setting up lead revisit notifications in HubSpot Sales. If you are a HubSpot Marketing Professional or Enterprise user, you can also set up lead revisit emails by following the steps here.
- In your Sales account, navigate to Settings.
- Click Sales > then Email Integrations in the left sidebar menu, then click the HubSpot Extensions tab.
- Scroll down to the Lead Revisit Notifications section and choose whether you'd like to receive lead revisit notifications for all contacts in your team's account or only for contacts for which you are assigned as the HubSpot Owner. Click the radio button to the left to make your selection.
This will allow you to receive real-time lead revisit notifications with the HubSpot Sales extension and view these visits in your HubSpot Sales notification stream. If at any time you'd like to turn of your HubSpot sales lead revisit notifications, return to Settings > Sales > Email Integrations > HubSpot Extensions and click Disable notifications.
