You can cancel a marketing email you've scheduled to send in the future, or a pending email that's configured to send based on a recipient's time zone. You can also cancel a batch marketing email that's still processing for a larger contact list.
Cancel a sent or scheduled email
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Email.
- Locate the email you've sent, and click the name of the email to open the performance page.
- At the top of this page, click the Actions dropdown menu and select Cancel processing or Cancel scheduled email.
- In the dialog box, click Cancel processing or Cancel scheduled email to confirm you want to cancel this email.
The Send to more option in the Actions dropdown will not be available after you cancel an email, but if you want to make changes to this email and re-send it, create a clone of the email and make any necessary edits. To avoid sending the email to any contacts twice, create a list of contacts who received the original email and exclude those contacts in the Recipients tab.
