Use the partner assistant

Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:
The partner assistant is a custom assistant you can use to answer questions about being a HubSpot Solutions Partner. The partner assistant has access to the rules and specifics of HubSpot's partner program, such as commission eligibility or tier requirements.
Understand requirements

In order to use the partner assistant, you must turn on the following AI settings:
- Give users access to Breeze Assistant.
Use the partner assistant
- In the top navigation bar, click Assistant in the top right.
- In the right panel, click the Assistants dropdown menu and select Partner Assistant.
- In the field, enter a prompt for the partner assistant to answer, then click the breezeSend send icon.
- If you still have questions on the topic of your prompt, enter a follow-up question, then click the breezeSend send icon.
- To view previous conversations with the partner assistant:
- Click the three dots menu icon and select Chats.
- Click the name of a conversation.
- To rate the quality of a response, click the thumbsUp thumbs up or thumbsDown thumbs down icon.
Understand suggested prompts
You can use the partner assistant to answer questions about the partner program in general, or about specific situations you've encountered. The partner assistant can answer questions in the following areas:
- Commission eligibility. For example: "We closed a $3,500 MRR deal in Q2 2024. What commission structure applies?"
- Deal registration. For example: "What do I do if a rep forgets to add us to a quote?"
- Shared selling rules. For example: "What is the difference between a sourced and assisted deal?”
- Proof of Impact. For example: "This deal is closing tomorrow and there's no POI. What are my options?"
- Tier requirements. For example: "How many points do I need to reach Gold tier?"
- Point calculations. For example: "How are managed points calculated?"
- Program benefits. For example, "What benefits come with being a Solutions Partner?"
- Growth regions. For example, "What is the point multiplier for LATAM?"
