Use Breeze Assistant on the HubSpot mobile app

Access Breeze Assistant while on the go on your HubSpot mobile app for iOS and Android to continue conversations, upload files, and images while away from your desktop. Breeze Assistant on the HubSpot mobile app supports voice input, file uploads, and more.

Please note: on June 30, 2026, the Breeze Assistant mobile app was sunset. Moving forward, use the process described below to use Breeze Assistant on the HubSpot mobile app.
Before you get started
Before working with Breeze Assistant on the HubSpot mobile app, review the requirements and considerations.
Understand requirements
- To use Breeze Assistant on the HubSpot mobile app, turn on Give users access to Breeze Assistant in your AI settings.
- User permissions determine which actions can be performed with Breeze Assistant.
Understand limitations & considerations
- For an overview of configuring your account for AI features, review how to set up a HubSpot account to adopt AI features.
- It's recommended to keep the HubSpot mobile app updated to ensure the best performance. Learn more about updating apps on iOS and Android.
Start a conversation with Breeze Assistant
- Open the HubSpot app on your device.
- Tap Ask Breeze in the bottom right.
- To start a new chat, enter a prompt or suggested prompt (e.g., Create a new record), then tap the breezeSendIcon send icon.
Upload files and images
- In the chat box, tap the addIcon add icon and select an option (e.g., Camera, Photos, Files, or HubSpot Files).

- Select or upload your file.
- After uploading a file, ask Breeze Assistant to summarize the content, extract information, or generate follow-up actions. For example:
Summarize this proposal and draft a follow-up email.
Extract the contact details from this business card.
Summarize the key action items from this image.
Use voice input
Use Speech-to-Text (STT) to dictate your message. In the chat box, tap the recordIcon microphone icon and begin speaking. Then, tap the checkmark icon.

Prepare for meetings
Review upcoming meetings and access relevant CRM context before a meeting starts. For meetings synced with HubSpot, Breeze Assistant summarizes associated contact, company, deal, and ticket information, along with related emails, calls, and notes. For meetings that aren’t synced with HubSpot, Breeze Assistant uses calendar event information to generate a summary.
- In the chat box, tap the suggested prompt Tell me more about my upcoming schedule. Alternatively, enter custom text. For example:
Prepare for my next meeting.
- Breeze Assistant will summarize the next meeting and provide key takeaways, and relevant CRM context.
Manage conversations in Breeze Assistant
- To access a previous conversation, tap the recentlySelectedIcon previous icon, then tap a previous conversation.
- To rename a previous conversation, tap the recentlySelectedIcon previous icon, then tap and hold a previous conversation.
- In the pop-up box, tap Rename.
- In the dialog box, enter a name for the conversation, then tap Rename.
