What should I do if HubSpot Academy videos are not playing?

The HubSpot Academy courses and certifications contain videos to enhance your inbound marketing expertise. If you encounter any loading or playback issues while watching these videos, please follow the troubleshooting steps here:

  • First, try closing your browser, opening it again, and then navigating back to the Academy video page.
  • Try clearing your browser cache. If you aren't sure how to do this, please follow the instructions here.
  • If you are using an ad blocker, this could potentially prevent videos from playing. Try disabling the ad blocker on your browser, then restarting the browser. 
  • If the video is playing intermittently, decrease the quality by clicking the settings wheel to help it stream faster.
  • Certain extensions or plugins may cause video playback errors. Try disabling any enabled extensions or plugins one by one. 
  • Try loading the videos on another network or with the Wi-Fi turned off on your mobile device.
If the issue still persists, you can help troubleshoot the issue by visiting whatsmybrowser.org and sending the link provided to the Support Team, who can give further guidance.
