If you encounter any loading or playback issues while watching Academy lesson videos, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- First, try close your browser, open it again, and then navigate back to the Academy video page.
- Clear your browser cache.
- If you're using an ad blocker, this could potentially prevent videos from playing. Disable the ad blocker on your browser and then restart the browser.
- If the video is playing intermittently, decrease the quality by clicking the settings settings wheel to help it stream faster.
- Certain extensions or plugins may cause video playback errors. Try disabling any enabled extensions or plugins one by one.
- Try loading the videos on another network or with the Wi-Fi turned off on your mobile device.
