How do I stop receiving lead revisit notifications?

The process to turn off lead revisit notifications differs if you are a HubSpot user and if you are not a HubSpot user.

To stop receiving lead revisit notifications as a HubSpot user:

  • In your HubSpot account, click your account name in the top right corner, then click Profile & Preferences.
  • In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Notifications Alerts.
  • In the Lead revisit notifications section, select No leads. Your changes will be saved automatically.

To stop receiving lead revisit notifications if you are not a HubSpot user

Open an old lead revisit notification email and click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the message: Stop receiving all lead revisit alerts for yourcompany.com. 

Please note: lead owners in Salesforce will need to unsubscribe after they receive their first email. They can do so by clicking the unsubscribe link in the lead revisit notification email. There is no option to unsubscribe before the first email is received.
