How do I use HubSpot Sales Contact Profiles on the Web?

Contact Profiles on the web is compatible with Google Chrome. The HubSpot Sales extension must be installed and enabled.

Please note: in an effort to better align the HubSpot Sales tools with the Inbound Sales methodology, Contact Profiles on the Web has been sunsetted for all new accounts created after October 3, 2016. 


Enable Contact Profiles on the Web for Google Chrome:

  • Navigate to your HubSpot Sales Settings > Email Integrations.

  • Toggle to the HubSpot Extensions tab at the top of the screen.
  • Locate the section titled Contact Profiles and select the checkbox to enable Contact profiles on the web.

 

Using Contact Profiles on the Web: 

  • Open a new browser window and visit any website. We suggest testing it on www.hubspot.com

  • Look for a small, grey button in the upper right corner of your screen and click on the HubSpot Sales logo

  • A side panel will appear with a profile of company information, company contacts, Salesforce records, and much more.


Adding Companies to HubSpot CRM

To add a company into the CRM from the Contact Profile toolbar, click on the Add button beneath their company information.

 

 

View Companies in CRM

Once you have added the company to your CRM, you can view this at any time by clicking View in CRM.
