Restore deleted emails

Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:
When a marketing email has been deleted within the past 90 days, it can be restored or permanently deleted from the Deleted view. This view will also display when the email was deleted and which user deleted it.
Permissions required Super Admin or Account Access permissions are required to restore or permanently delete emails. Users with View permissions for marketing emails can only access the Deleted view.
Understand limitations & considerations
- Restored emails will have their performance data added back to your account.
 - Automated emails need to be manually added back to workflows once restored.
 - Emails that were scheduled when deleted need to be manually scheduled again.
 - Emails cannot be restored if: 
  
- It has been longer than 90 days since they were deleted.
 - The email has been permanently deleted from the Deleted view.
 
 
Restore deleted emails
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Email.
 - To the right of the existing views, click Add view.
 - If not visible, click therightExpand column icon in the HubSpot provided section.
 

- Click Deleted.
 - The Deleted view will display the following information: 
  
- Email name: email's internal name.
 - Deleted date: date the email was deleted.
 - Deleted by: user who deleted the email.
 - Created date: date the email was originally created.
 
 - To restore an email, hover over the email and click Restore. In the dialog box, click Restore.
 - To permanently delete an email, hover over the email and click Permanently delete. In the dialog box, enter delete, then click Delete.
