Create reports on an object index page (BETA)

While viewing an object index page, you can create a report based on records in the current view. The pre-built report will automatically include the filters and property columns of the view you're on, but you can also customize the report based on your individual use case.
Index page reports are supported for contacts, companies, deals, and tickets.
- Navigate to your records:
- Contacts: In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Contacts.
- Companies: In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Companies.
- Deals: In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Deals.
- Tickets: In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Tickets.
- Navigate to the view for which you want to create a report.
- At the top of the table or board, click Create report.
- You'll be brought to the single object report builder where you can customize the report. The report's filters and properties are automatically set based on the view's filters and columns.
- When you're done with your report, click Save.
- Set up your report's name, dashboard, and privacy settings, then click Save.
