Create custom reports

With custom reports, you have more flexibility in analyzing objects and activities in your HubSpot account. There are different types of custom reports that you can create, based on your reporting needs.

You can save a custom report to your reports list, a dashboard, or save it as an export.

Please note: the number of custom reports you can create depends on your susbcription. Learn more about these limits in the HubSpot Product & Services Catalog.

You can create the following types of custom reports:

  • Single object and cross-object reports: analyze your objects, including contacts, companies, deals, tickets, custom objects, activities, products, or feedback submissions.
  • Funnel reports: measure the conversion rates between certain stages in a customer's lifecycle or deal's pipeline. If you have an Enterprise subscription, you can also create a custom events funnel.
  • Contact attribution reports: measure which sources, assets, and interactions had the great impact on generating leads.
  • Revenue attribution reports: measure which sources, assets, and interactions had the greatest impact on revenue.
  • Custom report builder: an advanced report builder that enables you analyze objects in relation to marketing, sales, and service activities.
