Monitor your workflow health

Use the workflows health page to review the overall health of your workflows. In the workflow reports, you can review and analyze the performance of your workflows. For example, you can analyze an overview of workflows with issues or unused workflows.

Please note: the Similar workflows report has been sunset. You'll no longer be able to access the report in your account. 

Review your workflow health reports

To access your workflow health page:

  1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Automation > Workflows.
  2. At the top, click the Health tab. 
  3. You can review the following workflow health reports:
    • Workflows needing review: this report shows the count of workflows where the Issue status has been set to Needs review over different time periods. 
    • Unused workflows: this report shows the count of workflows that have had no enrollments for at least 90 days over different time periods. 
    • Opportunities to review workflows with issues: this report shows the number of workflows where the Issue status has been set to Needs review by date. To view current workflows with a Needs review status, at the bottom of the report, click Needs review.
    • Opportunities to delete unused workflows: this report shows the number of workflows where the workflow has had no enrollments for at least 90 days by dateTo view current workflows with a Unused status, at the bottom of the report, click Unused.
