When creating a new workflow, you can add actions recommended by Breeze, HubSpot's AI, to streamline your workflow creation process.

Workflow actions will be suggested based on common usage patterns. As users accept recommendations, the suggestions provided will be further refined and surfaced.

  5. To use a recommendation, click Add. Then, set up your workflow action.
  6. To ignore a workflow recommendation, click Dismiss. The workflow recommendation will disappear from the editor.
  7. To provide feedback about a recommendation:

    • If a recommended action wasn't helpful, click the thumbs down icon.
