Review billing history for your HubSpot subscription

Learn more about your HubSpot subscription from within your account. Review key billing changes including:
- When an order has been issued.
- When an invoice has been issued.
- When a payment has been initiated and processed or failed.
- When a credit memo has been issued.
- When a refund has been issued.
Billing history will list when an order is initially made, invoiced and payment is processed, as well as mid-term contract changes.
View billing history
To review your billing history:
- In your HubSpot account, click your account name in the top right corner, then click Account & Billing.
- Click the Billing History tab.
- Your billing history will be listed.
Please note: events prior to October 17, 2024 won't display. You can review your past billing history by clicking the Transactions tab.
- Use the filters at the top of the screen to refine what's displayed.
- Click View next to an event to view the event details in a new window.
- Click Download to download the event as a PDF.
Event types
Orders
Order issued: confirms an order and displays the items included in the order.Invoices
Invoice issued: invoices issued for the order. Items may be split into more than one invoice (e.g., platform costs and onboarding costs).Payments
Each stage of a payment (initiated, processed, failed) will have its own event.
Initiated: payment has been initiated but not yet processed.
Processed: payment has been processed successfully.
Failed: payment has failed.Credits
Issued: credits issued such as mid-contract change credits or early cancellation credits. Admin generated credits will not display.Refunds
Processed: successfully processed refund.
