Learn how to sync your automated emails, forms, lists, and workflows to your sandbox account for testing. For example, you can sync a workflow and associated list to test that the workflow updates the list correctly.
In addition to syncing data from your CRM, you can also sync the following:
Workflows: all workflows will sync, but not all workflow actions can function in a sandbox account. If there is an enrollment trigger or action that is not compatible, you will see an alert. To resolve this, you’ll need to edit the workflow.
To sync your data to your sandbox account:
In your HubSpot account, click the settingssettings icon in the main navigation bar.
In the left sidebar menu, select Sandboxes.
If you are creating a new sandbox, in the upper right, click Create sandbox.
If you are syncing content to an existing sandbox, select Actions > Set up sync to sandbox.
In the Sync to sandbox page, you can choose to copy all assets for an asset type or select specific assets.
To sync all assets, click the checkbox next to the asset type.
To sync specific assets, click the asset type to expand the section and view all assets.
To add an asset, click the checkbox next to the name of the asset.
To remove an asset, clear the checkbox next to the name of the asset.
After selecting your assets, in the bottom left, click Start sync.
