Sync automated emails, forms, lists, and workflows to a sandbox account (BETA)

Learn how to sync your automated emails, forms, lists, and workflows to your sandbox account for testing. For example, you can sync a workflow and associated list to test that the workflow updates the list correctly. 

In addition to syncing data from your CRM, you can also sync the following:

To sync your data to your sandbox account: 

  • In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the main navigation bar.
  • In the left sidebar menu, select Sandboxes.
  • If you are creating a new sandbox, in the upper right, click Create sandbox.
  • If you are syncing content to an existing sandbox, select ActionsSet up sync to sandbox.

 

  • In the Sync to sandbox page, you can choose to copy all assets for an asset type or select specific assets.
    • To sync all assets, click the checkbox next to the asset type. 
    • To sync specific assets, click the asset type to expand the section and view all assets.
      • To add an asset, click the checkbox next to the name of the asset.
      • To remove an asset, clear the checkbox next to the name of the asset.
  • After selecting your assets, in the bottom left, click Start sync.
