Why did my email show up in my spam folder?

There are a number of reasons why an email can end up in a spam or junk folder. Some spam filters will determine whether or not to send an email to spam based on how frequently you click on emails from the sender or based on the actual content of the email. 

To help prevent this for emails from HubSpot, add noreply@hubspot.com and success@hubspot.com to your Address Book or as a Contact in your email client.
