At times, these emails may not be coming to your Inbox due to spam and/or filtering rules, as well as possible bounces. Add firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com to the Address Book or as a Contact in your email client where you are receiving list export emails. Also, be sure to check your spam/junk folders or any mail filters.
