What widgets are available with the Reporting Add-on?

Below is a complete list of all widgets available with the Reporting Add-on:

  • Deals Closed vs Goal: This report shows revenue from closed deals, compared to your team’s quota or a custom goal. Use this report to track your team’s progress over time and to help set better sales goals.
  • Contact Lifecycle Funnel: This report shows how many contacts have moved through each stage of the lifecycle funnel in the selected time range, and calculates conversion rates at each step.
  • Contact Lifecycle Pipeline: Use this pipeline report to show how your contacts have moved through lifecycle stages in the selected time period. The pipeline shows contacts who have moved through any of the selected stages.
  • New Marketing Qualified Leads: Use this report to measure how many contacts are becoming Marketing Qualified Leads. By default, this report includes a breakdown by original source, but this can easily be customized.
  • Average Days to Close: This report shows the average number of days from create date to close date for each contact record.
  • New Customers Average Close: This report shows the average number of days it takes for contacts to become customers, and shows how this number changes over time.
  • Blog Views: This report shows you the cumulative number of blog views in the selected time range. Use this report to see how your blog posts are performing over time.
  • Blog Subscribers: This report shows the number of subscribers by type. Use this report to better understand how your blog audience is growing over time.
  • Landing Page Views: This report shows you the cumulative number of landing page views in a given time range. Use this report to see how your landing pages are performing over time.
  • Website Views: This report shows you the cumulative number of website page views in the selected time range. Use this report to see how your website pages are performing over time.
  • Deal Stage Funnel: Use this funnel report to measure how your deals are converting through deal stages. The funnel shows the deals that have moved through all of the selected stages.
  • Time in Deal Stage: This report shows the average amount of time deals spend in each stage of your funnel. Use this report to see how your deals are moving through the funnel and to see where things might be getting stuck.
  • Deal Revenue Leaderboard: This report shows deal owners ranked by their total closed won deal amounts. Use this report to measure the progress of your sales reps, and to set better goals for your team.
  • Deal Forecast: As a standard widget on your sales dashboard, this forecast report shows the amount of revenue for deals in each stage of your deal pipeline. The forecasted revenue is calculated by multiplying the deal amount by each deal stage probability.
  • Deal Revenue per Stage by Deal Type: This report shows the total forecasted amounts (calculated by multiplying the deal amount by deal stage probability) for deals in each stage, segmented by deal type. Use this report to measure how deals of different types move through deal stages.
  • Closing Deals: This report shows the total number of deals in each stage, segmented by owner. Use this report to track how many deals each rep has in each stage of the funnel.
  • Deals Won and Lost: This report shows the number of deals that are open, won, or lost, plotted by when the deals were created. Use this report to get a sense of how many deals are closing over time.
  • New Deals Created: This report shows deal owners ranked by the number of new deals created, the total forecasted amount of open deals, and the closed amount in the selected time period. Use this report to get a better understanding of how each rep is performing at creating and closing deals.
  • Activity Leaderboard: This report ranks users by the number of calls, emails, and meetings that each rep has conducted in the selected time frame. Use this report to get a better understanding of how productive your reps are with their sales activities.
  • Productivity: This report shows the total number of calls, emails, notes, tasks, and meetings that your team has condutcted in the selected time frame. Use this report to get a better understanding of how productive your team is with their sales activities.
  • New Contacts: This report shows a cumulative count of contact records created in the selected time range. Use this report to explore trends and growth in your contact database.
  • Contacts by Lifecycle Stage: This report is a snapshot of how many contacts are in each lifecycle stage right now, and by default is filtered to show the contacts created in the selected time range. Use this to see where contacts currently are in your funnel.
  • Contacts by Source with Lifecycle Stage: This report shows how many contacts have come from each source, and segments those by lifecycle stage. Use this report to determine where your contacts are coming from and which stages contacts are currently in.
  • Recent Deal Amount by Source: This report shows the recent deal amount associated with each contact source. Note that this report only shows recent amounts for deals that are associated with contact records. Use this report to get a sense for how each source is generating revenue for your business.
  • Contacts by Lifecycle Stage & Persona: This report shows how many contacts have been assigned to each persona, and is also segmented by lifecycle stage. Use this report to determine the size of each of your persona segments, and to which stages your contacts are currently in.
  • Companies by Average Days to Close: This report shows the average number of days it takes from when a company record is added to when they closed as a customer. By default this report is segmented by source, so you can see how each source type differs in time to close.
  • New Companies: This report shows the cumulative count of company records created in the selected time range. Use this report to see trends and growth in your company database.
  • New Companies by First Conversion: This report shows how many conversions (and on which forms) have occurred recently by contacts associated with company records. Use this report to see which forms are helping you convert the most leads.
  • Closed Companies by Recent Conversion: This report shows how many companies have become customers and on which forms they’ve recently converted. Use this report to see how content is driving conversions and customers.
  • Companies Revenue by Source: This report shows total company revenue from the selected time range, split out by Source. Use this report to get an understanding of which sources generate the most revenue over time.
  • Companies Revenue by First Conversion: This report shows total company revenue from the selected time range, segmented by first conversion. Use this report to get a better understanding of which conversion points lead to revenue over time.
