Some users experience the following error message when attempting to install HubSpot Sales in Outlook. If you received this error then you've come to the right place! Here you can walk through some steps to allow the installation to occur properly.
When this error message arises:
- Paste the URL that appears the error message into Internet Explorer to re-initiate the download. It is also possible to copy one of the URLs from here and paste into Internet Explorer:
- If the new installation doesn't resolve the problem then please add app.hubspot.com, dl.getsidekick.com and app.getsidekick.com to your trusted sites zone within Internet Explorer.
- If the issue persists then the installation is still being blocked. Please disable any antivirus programs and run the install once more. Alternatively, contact your network administrator to check for any other programs that may be blocking the HubSpot Sales download. Once you go through the installation process again, HubSpot Sales should install correctly and appear in Outlook.
