Use the prospecting queue in the sales workspace

An assigned Sales seat is required to use the prospecting queue.
Use the prospecting queue to complete tasks, sales activities, or guided actions from the Summary tab of the sales workspace. The prospecting queue can be useful if you need to quickly make calls or send emails to your contacts.
Launch the prospecting queue from the sales workspace
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Sales > Sales Workspace.
- In the Your tasks section, Click the number associated with your tasks. You can also click any of your sequence steps or guided actions.
When you launch the prospecting queue, tasks, sales activities, and guided actions are available on the same page. Once the prospecting queue launches, it'll default to your tasks, sequence tasks, or guided actions based on how you navigated there. For example, if you clicked your sequence tasks, it'll default to a list of your tasks for a specific sequence.
Manage the prospecting queue
In the prospecting queue, you can view, edit, and complete tasks, sequence activities, and guided actions.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Sales > Sales Workspace.
- In the Your tasks section, Click the number associated with your tasks.
- To automatically open the setting controls of an action, turn the Auto-open action box switch on. For example, if you need to make a call and that switch is turned on, when you click on the task, the HubSpot Calling pop-up will show automatically.
- Click the dropdown menus on the left to change the category of tasks, guided actions, or the sequence and the type of task or the sequence step.
- To see more information about a task, activity, or guided action click the task, activity, or guided action.
Edit, delete, or complete tasks, activities, or guided actions
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Sales > Sales Workspace.
- In the Your tasks section, Click the number associated with your tasks.
- To edit, reschedule, or reassign a task or activity, you can hover over it and click Edit. Then, edit the task or activity details in the right panel and click Save.
- To delete a task or activity, you can hover over it and click Edit. Then, in the right panel, click Delete. In the pop-up box, confirm you want to delete the task or sequence activity.
- To mark a task, activity, or guided action as completed, click the checkmark to the right of the task or activity. Based on your task settings, you may be prompted to create a follow-up task. In the pop-up window, click Create task, Not now, or click task settings to turn off the feature.
Edit, delete, or complete tasks, activities, or guided actions in bulk
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Sales > Sales Workspace.
- In the Your tasks section, Click the number associated with your tasks.
- Click the checkbox to the left of the tasks and activities, or click the Select all items checkbox to select every item in the list.
- Click the Select action dropdown menu, and select the action you want to complete.
- Complete your action in the pop-up box.
- Click Save.
- Click Back to summary in the top right to return to the sales workspace.
