How long do replaced files cache in File Manager?

When you replace a file in File Manager, it is possible that the file link will resolve to the older version of the asset, for a period of time. While replaced files will often update quickly, replaced files can take up to 2 hours to propagate across the global Content Delivery Network. It is also possible to take longer in some cases for the latest version of a file to be viewable.

HubSpot automatically adds timestamp query strings (ie ?t=1436970053314) to files hosted on File Manager to help reduce file caching.
