If you would like to change the email address/username associated with any of your HubSpot Certifications, please use the Help button in your account to submit a ticket to the Support team or the Community forum.
If submitting a web ticket directly to Support (Marketing Starter, Basic, Pro, Enterprise or Sales Professional), please include the following:
- Your Portal ID
- The original user's email and the email you would like the certifications to transfer to.
- The name of the certifications you are looking to transfer.
