How do I change the email address associated with my HubSpot Certifications?

If you would like to change the email address/username associated with any of your HubSpot Certifications, please use the Help button in your account to submit a ticket to the Support team or the Community forum

If submitting a web ticket directly to Support (Marketing Starter, Basic, Pro, Enterprise or Sales Professional), please include the following:

  • Your Portal ID
  • The original user's email and the email you would like the certifications to transfer to.
  • The name of the certifications you are looking to transfer.
