Install apps in the HubSpot Marketplace

Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:
In the HubSpot Marketplace, you can search for and integrate tools you need for your business with your HubSpot account. All apps in the HubSpot Marketplace are reviewed and certified by HubSpot's team of developers.
This article covers installing apps in the HubSpot Marketplace. Learn more about installing templates and modules or installing assistants and agents.
Before you get started
Before you begin working with this feature, make sure to fully understand what steps should be taken ahead of time, as well as the limitations of the feature and potential considerations of using it.
Understand requirements

You must either be a Super Admin or have App Marketplace access permissions to install apps from the HubSpot Marketplace. Some apps require additional permissions.
- It's recommended to turn off ad blockers before installing apps.
Understand limitations & considerations

If your HubSpot account's default language is set to Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Japanese, Dutch, or Italian, your search results will show any listings in that language first.
View recommended apps
In the HubSpot Marketplace, you can browse recommendations of apps and Breeze agents personalized for your account based on your account information, activity, and other apps you use. Recommendations may differ depending on factors like your role, industry, and HubSpot subscription.
- In your HubSpot account, click the marketplace marketplace icon in the top navigation bar, then select HubSpot Marketplace.
- View recommended apps in the following categories, among others:
- Now trending: apps and agents that are being installed by many HubSpot customers today.
- Most popular: apps with the most installs across HubSpot customers.
- New arrivals: apps added to the HubSpot Marketplace in the last seven days.

- What's working for portals like yours: apps that are frequently installed by HubSpot customers with a similar subscription, location, and industry.

- Based on your recent Marketplace activity: apps that are similar to ones you've installed or viewed on the HubSpot Marketplace.

- Connect your tech stack: apps that are recommended based on the apps you're already using.

- Frequently installed with [app name]: apps that will work well with other apps you currently have installed in your account.
- [Accomplish a specific goal]: apps and agents that will help you achieve a goal relevant to your role. This recommendation may be different for different users in your account.
- Suggestions from how you're using HubSpot: agents recommended based on which HubSpot tools you're using.
Install apps
- In your HubSpot account, click the marketplace marketplace icon in the top navigation bar, then select HubSpot Marketplace.
- Click an app card or enter an app name or keyword in the search bar, then click the name of an app in the dropdown menu.
- On the app listing page, review the following information:
- Built by: creator of the app.
- Installs: number of unique HubSpot accounts that have installed this app.
- Requirements: subscription and permissions required to use the app, including:
- HubSpot Plan: whether your account's HubSpot subscription is compatible with this app. To view the app's availability for different HubSpot subscriptions, click See all compatible plans
- HubSpot Account permissions: HubSpot user permissions required to use the app.
- [App] subscription: subscription required in the app's connecting platform to use the app. For example, a Free, Starter, or Professional Zapier subscription is required to use the Zapier app.
- Overview: summary of what you can accomplish using the app. To view the complete overview, click See more in the Overview section.
- Setup guide: instructions for installing and using the app. To access the setup guide, click View setup guide at the bottom of the Overview section.
- Features: specific actions you can take using the app. To view the features available for different HubSpot subscriptions, click Compare features by HubSpot plan .
- Shared data: how data will sync from HubSpot to the app and from the app to HubSpot. A single arrow signifies data syncing in one direction, while two arrows signify data syncing in both directions.
- Reviews: ratings and reviews of the app by customers who have installed it. Learn more about rating and reviewing apps.
- Pricing: cost of different tiers of the app. Click a subscription tier for more information about its cost and features.
- In the top left, click Install. If the Install button is greyed out, the app is already installed in your account.
- Complete the app's installation flow. You can find specific instructions in the app's setup guide in the Overview section of the app listing.
Request an app install
If you don't have the required permissions to install an app, you can make a request of a user who does have those permissions:
- In your HubSpot account, click the marketplace marketplace icon in the top navigation bar, then select HubSpot Marketplace.
- In the search bar, enter the name of an app or agent.
- In the dropdown menu, click the name of an app.
- On the app listing page, click Request to install in the top left.
- In the dialog box, click the Administrator dropdown menu and select a user.
- Click Send email.
The HubSpot user you selected will receive an email letting them know what app you want to install and what permissions you would require to install it.
Get app support
If you have any issues installing or using the app, you can request support from the app's creator.
- In your HubSpot account, click the marketplace marketplace icon in the top navigation bar, then select HubSpot Marketplace.
- In the search bar, enter the name of an app or agent.
- In the dropdown menu, click the name of an app.
- On the app listing page, view the app's creator in the Built by field in the top left.
- If the app was built by HubSpot, contact HubSpot Support.
- If the app was built by another provider:
- In the More Info section of the right column, click the Support tab.
- Click an option, such as Email support.
Uninstall an app
To disconnect an app from your HubSpot account:
- In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Integrations > Connected Apps.
- Click Actions on the app you want to disconnect, then click Uninstall.
- In the dialog box, type “uninstall” in the text field and click Uninstall.
