Follow these steps to integrate your social media accounts with your HubSpot account.
1. Navigate to Social Media Settings
Go to Social > Social Settings.
2. Add accounts
You can add accounts from:
- Blogging platform with RSS feeds
Before clicking any of the Add account buttons, first make sure you're logged into the Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin accounts you're about to integrate with your HubSpot.
We must connect with your personal Facebook profile in order to detect which business pages you're an administrator of. Once you connect with your personal profile, you will be able to enable social media integration options with your connected business pages. We will not enable any integrations with your personal profile without you specifically opting in.
How to add a Twitter account
Click the Add Twitter account button.
Click the Authorize on Twitter button.
Click the Authorize App button.
You'll then see a confirmation message for the Twitter account you just added.
How to add a Facebook account
Click on the Add Facebook account button.
Click the Authorize on Facebook button.
You'll then see a confirmation message that you successfully added a Facebook account.
How to Add a LinkedIn account
Click on the Add Linkedin account button.
Click on the Authorize on Linkedin button.
Click on the Allow access button.
You will then see a confirmation message that the Linkedin account was added.
How to add a Google+ account
Click the Add Google+ account button.
Enter your Google+ page's URL. You can find your Google+ page's URL by visiting your profile in your browser and copying the URL. Click the Submit button once you've entered your URL.
You'll then see your Google+ page URL in the Google+ account section.
How to add a YouTube account
Click the Add YouTube account button.
Enter your YouTube page's URL into the input and then click the Submit button.
You will see your YouTube page's URL saved in the YouTube section of Social Settings.
How to Add a Pinterest account
Click the Add Pinterest account button.
Enter your Pinterest profile's URL into the input and then click the Submit button.
You will see your Pinterest profile URL saved in the Pinterest account section of Social Settings.
How to add a Xing account
Click on the Add Xing account button.
Click the Authorize on Xing button.
Enter your Xing credentials and click the Log In button.
Click the Allow button.
You will see a confirmation message at the top of the Social Settings page.
How to add a Blog account
Click on the Add Blog account button.
You can then choose one of your existing HubSpot COS blogs or type in your blog's RSS feed URL. Once you've selected your option, click the Submit button.
You will see that the RSS feed URL for the blog is displayed in the Blog account section of Social Settings.
4. Configure the options for your connected accounts
Once your account is connected, you'll have the option to establish the types of connections you want between HubSpot and your pages. To enable these actions, simply check off the action under each profile. For example, you might not want HubSpot to interact with your personal Facebook page at all, but you do want to use your business page. In that case, you'd simply uncheck all items under your personal page, and check all items under your business page.
The options available for a Social Media account will vary based upon what that platform's API allows for. For example, at this time, LinkedIn autopost is only available for personal and company pages.
Click on the Enable button to use the Social Media Monitoring tool to keep track of your prospects, leads, and customers on Twitter.
You'll see a confirmation message and a notification that four streams have been created by default in Social Media Monitoring. You can click on Return to settings to close the confirmation message.
Now you'll see a Disable button instead of the Enable button. If you should want to turn off Social Media Monitoring at a later point, just click the Disable button.
You can insert a Follow Me module into HubSpot pages and embed it on non-HubSpot pages. It includes icons for your different social network pages so that those who view your pages can click on them and be linked right to them.
To display an icon for a connected account in the Follow Me module, check the Follow Me option next to an account.

If you add the Follow Me code to a page, but you have not selected any social media accounts to display in Follow Me, the module will simply be invisible to your visitors.
You can track the growth of your audience over time by enabling the Reach option.
Just check the Reach option next to any account to start tracking it.
You can configure your connected social media accounts to automatically post a link to a blog article when it is published. Go to Content > Blog and then click on Manage Blog Settings. Choose the blog that you would like to modify, and then under the General Blog Options, check the box next to "Enable social media auto-publishing".
Then go to Social > Social Settings and check the Auto-Post option next to the social media accounts for which you want to enable auto-posting.
If you're waiting for your website to be migrated, wait until the migration is complete to turn this option on. Otherwise you might accidentally post test blog posts by HubSpot's migration team!
