Create and manage projects in Breeze Assistant

Last updated: July 23, 2026

Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:

Use projects to organize related conversations and provide consistent context within Breeze Assistant. Projects are used to group chats, define shared instructions, and add reference materials such as files or HubSpot content. This helps reduce repetitive prompts and ensures Breeze Assistant generates more relevant and consistent responses across related tasks.

Please note: on July 13th, 2026, custom assistants were sunset.

  • Custom assistants you created: were automatically migrated to projects. Welcome messages and conversation starters weren't automatically migrated.
  • Custom assistants installed from the Marketplace: weren't migrated to projects and were sunset.
