When conducting an A/B test with your marketing email, you decide the duration of the test before the winning version of the email is sent to additional contacts. You can stop this winning version from being sent to these contacts after the initial test by canceling it.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Email.
- Click the name of the A/B email you want to cancel the winning send .
- In the upper right, click the Actions dropdown menu and select Cancel winning send.
