Manage settings for the companies, leads, and deals tabs in the sales workspace

If you're a Super Admin, you can configure the sales workspace settings to turn on the Companies, Leads, and Deals tab elements of the workspace. Additionally, you have the option to control which specific users or teams have access to those tabs. This makes it possible for admins to customize the sales workspace experience for their sales reps.

Turn on the Companies tab

1. In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar.
2. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Sales Workspace.
3. Turn the Show the Companies tab switch on.
   • To exclude specific users from viewing the Companies tab, click the Exclude users from viewing Companies dropdown menu and select the users you'd like to exclude.
   • To exclude specific teams from viewing the Companies tab, click the Exclude teams from viewing Companies dropdown menu and select the teams you'd like to exclude.

4. Click Save.

Turn on the Leads tab

1. In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar.
2. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Sales Workspace.
3. Turn the Show the Leads tab switch on.
   • To exclude specific users from viewing the Leads tab, click the Exclude users from viewing Leads dropdown menu and select the users you'd like to exclude.
   • To exclude specific teams from viewing the Leads tab, click the Exclude teams from viewing Leads dropdown menu and select the teams you'd like to exclude.

4. Click Save.

Turn on the Deals tab

1. In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar.
2. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Sales Workspace.
3. Turn the Show the Deals tab switch on.
   • To exclude specific users from viewing the Deals tab, click the Exclude users from viewing Deals dropdown menu and select the users you'd like to exclude.
   • To exclude specific teams from viewing the Deals tab, click the Exclude teams from viewing Deals dropdown menu and select the teams you'd like to exclude.

4. Click Save.
