Manage the sales workspace settings

If you're a Super Admin, you can configure the sales workplace settings so that only specific users or teams can view the Deals and Leads tabs. This makes it possible for admins to customize the view their sales reps have.
Turn on the leads tab
- In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar.
- In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Sales Workspace.
- Toggle the Show the Leads tab switch on.
- To exclude specific users from viewing the Leads tab, click the Exclude users from viewing Leads dropdown menu and select the users you'd like to exclude.
- To exclude specific teams from viewing the Leads tab, click the Exclude teams from viewing Leads dropdown menu and select the teams you'd like to exclude.
Turn on the deals tab
- In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar.
- In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Sales Workspace.
- Toggle the Show the Deals tab switch on.
- To exclude specific users from viewing the Deals tab, click the Exclude users from viewing Deals dropdown menu and select the users you'd like to exclude.
- To exclude specific teams from viewing the Deals tab, click the Exclude teams from viewing Deals dropdown menu and select the teams you'd like to exclude.
Click Save.
