Use conversational enrichment for emails

You can enrich contact and sales data from email conversations. Using AI, email data is automatically enriched to enhance your existing data, reducing the need for manual data entry. For example, conversational enrichment can detect when a contact is returning to the office from out-of-office emails, when they are leaving their job, and automatically create new contacts mentioned in email threads, ensuring timely outreach and keeping teams up-to-date with critical stakeholders.

Please note: while in public beta, HubSpot Credits are required for all enrichments except for Email Contact Enrichment. Learn more about HubSpot Credits.

Manage your enrichment settings

To configure Breeze Intelligence enrichment settings for conversational data: 

  • In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar.
  • In the left sidebar menu, in the Data Management section, click Data Enrichment
  • Navigate to the Tools tab. 
  • In the Conversational Enrichment section, configure the enrichment settings:
    • Email Contact Enrichment: automatically enrich contact profiles by extracting key information from emails logged in the portal, such as job title, first name, and last name.

    Please note: when Email Contact Enrichment is enabled, the setting to Fill contact details from emails with HubSpot AI is automatically disabled. While in public beta, this setting does not require HubSpot Credits. 


    • New Contact Extraction: control whether newly mentioned contacts in emails should create new records. These records will be enriched with relevant data found in the email, such as Job title, First name, Last name.
