How can I add users to my HubSpot Sales Pro team?

Administrators of a HubSpot Sales Pro team have the ability to add new user to their team at any time. To do so:

  • Login to your HubSpot Sales account.
  • Navigate to Account Menu > Account & Billing.
  • On the Account Summary page, click Manage Team in the HubSpot Sales Pro section of Products & Services.

  • Enter the email address of the user you'd like to add to your Sales Pro team in the Add new user by email address section, then click Add user.

  • Select the radio button under the HubSpot Sales Pro column to assign the user a Sales Pro seat.
    • If you'd like to transfer an existing Sales Pro seat to another user, select the radio button for HubSpot Sales (free) for the current Pro user and then select the radio button for HubSpot Sales Pro for the user who wants the upgrade.
  • Click Save and continue (or Review purchase if you are purchasing another seat) in the bottom right-hand corner to continue.
