Connect your ads accounts to HubSpot

Connect your Facebook Ads and Google Ads accounts to HubSpot to create and manage your ads in HubSpot's ads tool.

 

Facebook Ads

You can connect your Facebook Ads account to HubSpot from HubSpot or from Facebook. If you have a Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise account, you can connect multiple Facebook Ads accounts to HubSpot.

Facebook connection requirements

  • The HubSpot user who connects a Facebook Ads account must be an admin of the ads account in Business Manager. This user must also be an admin of any Facebook page(s) that ads are posted to from Business Manager.
  • The Facebook Ads account(s) and any Facebook page(s)  must exist in the same Business Manager or there must be a partner relationship between the Business Managers that each asset exists in. If users need to share assets between Business Managers in order to create the partner relationship, users must have admin access for pages and advertiser or above access for ads accounts in both Business Managers.
  • For users to create a Facebook lead ad in HubSpot, they must also be a Facebook user who has admin access to the Facebook page and the advertiser permission level or above for the Facebook Ads account connected to HubSpot.
  • The user connecting the Business Manager with HubSpot must have Leads Access. By default, all page admins and connected CRMs have Leads Access.

Connect Facebook Ads account from HubSpot

  • In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon settings in the main navigation bar.
  • In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Marketing > Ads.
  • In the Accounts tab, click Connect account.
  • In the dialog box, select Facebook. If you have a Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise account and multiple Facebook Ads accounts, a list of your accounts will appear. Select the account(s) you want to connect to HubSpot, then click Connect.
  • In the pop-up window, log in to your Facebook Ads account and click OK.
Please note: after connecting your Facebook Ads account to HubSpot, your existing lead ads in Facebook will automatically sync to HubSpot and appear on your ads dashboard. Learn more about existing lead ads syncing to HubSpot.

Connect Facebook Ads account from Facebook

  • Navigate to your Facebook page.
  • Click the Publishing Tools tab.
  • In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Leads Setup.

  • Click the Search CRM providers search bar and search for HubSpot, then click Connect.
  • Enter your HubSpot credentials and click Log in.
  • Click the Search dropdown menu and select the Facebook Ads account to connect, then click Connect account.

  • HubSpot will now appear as a connected CRM in the Leads Setup section, as well as in your ads settings in HubSpot.

Please note:

  • Facebook stores leads from lead ads for 90 days after creation. When you connect your Facebook Ads account to HubSpot, these leads will be synced to HubSpot, along with leads generated going forward. Learn how to manage which Facebook pages sync leads to HubSpot.
  • If you want to disconnect your Facebook Ads account from HubSpot, it's recommended to do so from HubSpot and not from Facebook. Disconnecting your Facebook Ads account in Facebook will remove all account connections that the logged-in Facebook user has access to, including all other Facebook Ads accounts that were not connected to HubSpot.

 

Google Ads (Marketing Hub Professional and Enterprise only)

  • In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon settings in the main navigation bar.
  • In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Marketing > Ads.
  • In the Accounts tab, click Connect account.
  • In the dialog box, select Google AdsIf you have multiple Google Ads accounts, a list of your accounts will appear. Select the account(s) you want to connect to HubSpot, then click Connect.

Please note: it is possible to connect more than one Google Ads account to HubSpot, but each account needs to be connected by the same user. If you already have an account connected and want to connect an additional Google Ads account, the user who connected the original account must connect the new account to HubSpot.

  • In the pop-up window, log in to your Google account using the email address associated with your Google Ads account, then click Allow.

 

LinkedIn Ads

As of July 31, 2017, the LinkedIn Ads integration has been removed from HubSpot. Any LinkedIn campaigns originally created in HubSpot will continue to run in the native LinkedIn Ads manager.
