When signing up for HubSpot Sales, you are prompted to choose a username. While your username is an email address, it is not the only email account that you can track using HubSpot Sales.
One HubSpot Sales account can track as many email addresses as you'd like. Multiple HubSpot Sales accounts should not be created to track multiple Email Accounts.
To connect your inbox to HubSpot Sales, navigate to Settings > Email Integrations and click Connect your email on the Connected Emails tab. You can find instructions on connecting your inbox here.
There is no action required to start tracking a new email address. As long as you have HubSpot Sales installed in one of our supported mail clients, the ability to track emails will appear automatically.
