You may see this error if HubSpot is having trouble authenticating your email sending domain.

 

 

 

DMARC authentication has failed for [email address]. Please check that your email sending domain is set up correctly. Learn more.

Please check the following:

  • If you have set up a DMARC policy with HubSpot, but have not connected an email sending domain, DMARC will not be able to authenticate. Make sure you have followed the steps here to set up your email sending domain. 
  • If you have already set up your email sending domain, verify that it has been set up correctly by following the instructions here.
  • Please note that some email services like Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook do not allow users to use a custom DMARC policy.
