How can I create a report from my custom view in the CRM?

If you have HubSpot's Reporting add-on, you can create reports of your contacts, companies, and deals directly from one of your custom views in the CRM. 

  • In your HubSpot Sales account, navigate to ContactsCompanies, or Deals.
  • Choose your saved view from the dropdown or create and save a new view by adding filters in the left sidebar.
  • Click the Options dropdown and select Create report from view.

  • This will bring you to directly to the report builder and automatically include the contacts, companies, or deals that are included in your saved view. You can add additional filters and customize your report.
