To remediate an email suspension, blocklisting event, or trust and safety violation, HubSpot may require you to opt out or quarantine certain contacts. Quarantining a contact will exclude it from receiving marketing emails, but it will remain eligible for use in Sales email tools.
To ensure you can still enroll these contacts in a sequence, send them a one-to-one email, or use them in other tools within HubSpot, you can edit the value of a contact's Email address quarantine reason property on their contact record or update a list of contacts in bulk.
If one of the contacts you manually quarantined replies to a one-to-one email, sequence email, or submits a form, their quarantined status will be removed and they'll be eligible to receive marketing emails again.
