Add the Categorize record action to your Agent Hub workflow to classify CRM records based on their properties using AI. When using the action, set up different categories. Records will be automatically assigned to different categories based on the category name and description.
After setting up your action, use outputs from the action, such as the record's Category and Confidence with other workflow actions.
Permissions required Super Admin or Workflows permissions are required to use the workflows tool.
Use the Categorize records workflow action in Agent Hub workflows
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Agents > Agent Hub.

- To remove a category, click the deletedelete icon next to the category name.

- Update record properties based on category: use the Category output with an Edit record action to update CRM records based on their category. For example, you can use it to update a ticket record's urgency or a company record's industry property. Learn more about using the Edit record workflow action.
Please note: when using outputs from the Categorize record action, it is recommended to include the Confidence output as an additional AND filter. For example, you may want to only update records when the Confidence for the output is at least 0.85.
