Last updated: November 3, 2026

Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:

When creating Agent Hub workflows, you can manually enroll individual records from within a workflow. You can also create a workflow for users to manually run. For example, you can create a workflow to trigger a custom action and a set of follow up actions.

Before you get started

Permissions required Workflows permissions are required to use the Agent Hub workflow builder.

  • When manually enrolling CRM records, you must use a trigger associated with the corresponding record type.
  • When using the Run on demand trigger, records will not automatically enroll and the workflow will not automatically execute. Each run must be manually triggered by a user.
  • Currently, it is only possible to enroll individual records.

Use the Run on demand enrollment trigger to manually run Agent Hub workflows

To manually trigger your workflow, use the Run on demand trigger type. When using this trigger type, you can run your actions with or without an enrolled record. For example, you can use this workflow to manually run a set of agents.

  1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Agents > Agent Hub.
  2. In the top right, click Create and select Workflow.
  3. Click Add trigger.
  4. In the left panel, select Run on demand.
  5. After setting up and turning on your workflow, in the top right, click Run.
  6. In the dialog box, click Run workflow.
