Summary
Use Breeze Assistant to generate charts and graphs directly in your conversation using natural language prompts. Generate visualizations from CRM data, uploaded files, and external data sources, then refine the chart through follow-up prompts. Breeze Assistant supports multiple chart types, annotations, labels, and formatting adjustments, allowing you to iteratively build visualizations without leaving the conversation.

Before you generate quotes with Breeze Assistant, review the requirements and considerations.
Understand requirements to use Breeze Assistant
- To use Breeze Assistant, turn on Give users access to Breeze Assistant in your AI settings.
- To create visualizations using CRM data, users must have permissions to the relevant records in your HubSpot account.
Understand limitations & considerations when using Breeze Assistant
- For an overview of configuring your account for AI features, review how to set up a HubSpot account to adopt AI features.
- Data visualizations are only available in Breeze Assistant on the desktop.
- Data visualizations are unique to your conversation in Breeze Assistant. They can't be saved to your report library or added to dashboards in HubSpot. For persistent, dashboard-ready reports, learn more about creating custom reports.
How to create a data visualization with Breeze Assistant
- In the top navigation bar, click breezeSingleStarIcon Assistant in the top right.
- Enter your prompt describing the visualization you want to create.
Show me closed revenue by rep this quarter as a bar chart with a target line at $50K.
Give me a cumulative pipeline chart for Q2, broken out by stage.
- Click the breezeSendIcon send icon.
- Breeze Assistant will generate the visualization directly in the conversation.
How to use external data in a visualization
Include CRM data or external data sources such as a CSV file or web data when generating visualizations.
How to use uploaded spreadsheet data
- In the top navigation bar, click breezeSingleStarIcon Assistant in the top right.
- Click the attach attachment icon and select Upload from computer. Then select your CSV file.
- Enter your prompt describing the visualization you want to create using the uploaded data.
Create a line chart comparing quarterly revenue from the uploaded spreadsheet.
- Click the breezeSendIcon send icon.
How to use external web data
Breeze Assistant can also use publicly available web data when generating visualizations. For example, enter a prompt like this:
Compare our quarterly deal growth with recent industry hiring trends.
Refine a data visualization
After Breeze Assistant generates a visualization, continue refining it through follow-up prompt. For example, enter a prompt like the following:
Change this to a stacked bar chart.
Add a trend line for average deal size.
Update the chart title to "Q2 pipeline growth by stage".
Expost a data visualization
After you've finished refining your visualization, click Save to export the visualization as a PDF. Then share the exported PDF with other members of your team.
