Review agent output

Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:

Review the output generated by an agent run in Breeze studio. Agent output includes the sources used, export options, and sharing settings available for each run.

Please note: you can manage AI feature access in your AI settings and configure what data is shared. Review HubSpot's AI Trust FAQs and AI Model Cards for detailed information on AI security controls, data use, and compliance.

Before you get started

Before you begin reviewing agent output in Breeze studio, make sure to fully understand Breeze, the requirements to use these tools, as well as their limitations and considerations.

  • A Super Admin must toggle the following switches on in AI Settings:
    • Give users access to generative AI tools and features
    • CRM data
    • Customer conversion data
    • Files data
    • Give users access to Breeze Assistant

Permissions required Breeze Studio permission is required to review agent output.


Review agent output from the Agent Inbox

Review agent output from the agent inbox when monitoring multiple agents or recent runs. You can also filter the agent output and mark all agent output as read.

  1. In your HubSpot account, click More, then navigate to Breeze > Agent Inbox. If More doesn't appear in your account, navigate to Breeze > Agent Inbox directly.
  2. By default, the inbox is filtered to Owners: All agent runs. To filter the inbox, click the Agents dropdown menu and select the checkboxes next to the options that you'd like to filter by. Then, click Apply.
    • Unread messages: displays agent runs that haven't been viewed.
    • Status: displays agent runs based on their current status. 
      • Needs approval: runs waiting for tool approval.
      • Success: completed runs without errors.
      • Running: runs currently in progress.
      • Failed: runs that encountered an error.
      • Waiting: runs queued or paused before execution.
    • Agents: displays agent runs for a specific agent (e.g., Company Research Agent)
    • Source: displays agent runs based on how they were triggered (e.g., Breeze Studio or Automation).
    • Owners: displays agent runs based on ownership or sharing context. 
      • All agent runs: all runs visible to the user.
      • Shared with me: runs shared by other users or teams.
      • Me: runs owned by the user.

  1. In the left panel, click an agent run
  2. In the right panel, review your output. At the top, you can review the following: 
    • Run title: the name of the run To rename a run:
      •  In the left panel, click the ellipsesIcon three dots icon, and select Rename.
      • Then, enter a new name for your run.
    • Where the run was triggered from: whether the run was triggered from Breeze Studio or a different tool. 
    • Status: the status of the agent's run, such as Completed, In progress, and more.
    • User: the name of the user who triggered the run.
  3. In the top right, you can review the following:
    • If an answer was what you expected, click the thumbsUpIcon thumbs up icon.
    • If an answer wasn’t what you expected or the thumbsDownIcon thumbs down icon
    • By default, agent output will be optimized for readability. To view the output in text instead, click the dashboardsIcon Output dropdown menu and select Text Output in the top right.
    • To take further action on your agent output, click the verticalMenuIcon three vertical dots icon. Then, you can export, share, or maximize your output view.

  1. To review the thinking or reasoning steps behind each run, click [x] thinking steps to expand the section. 
  2. To review the sources the agent used to generate its output:
    • At the bottom of the output, click [x] sources. A list of sources used to generate the output will appear. 
    • To review the specific source, in the dialog box, click the source details. The corresponding website will open in a new tab.

Refine agent output

When reviewing an output, you can request additional changes. The agent will re-run with new reasoning steps and produce a revised output. The refined output will appear under the previous output in your Agent Inbox.

  1. In your HubSpot account, click More, then navigate to Breeze > Agent Inbox. If More doesn't appear in your account, navigate to Breeze > Agent Inbox directly.
  2. In the left panel, select a run that you'd like to refine.
  3. At the bottom, in the What would you like to change text field, enter a prompt to refine your output. For example, you can use the prompt "make it shorter" to make your output more concise.

Export agent output

Export your run output to a PDF file for sharing, record keeping, or offline review.

  1. In your HubSpot account, click More, then navigate to Breeze > Agent Inbox. If More doesn't appear in your account, navigate to Breeze > Agent Inbox directly.
  2. In the left panel, select a run that you'd like to share.
  3. At the top, click the verticalMenuIcon three vertical dots icon. Then, click Export PDF or the pdfFileIcon PDF file icon.
  4. When the export is ready, click the notification notification icon in the top navigation bar.
  5. In the right panel, click the export notification to begin the download.

Share agent output

Share agent output with other users or teams by updating run visibility settings and copying a shareable link.

  1. In your HubSpot account, click More, then navigate to Breeze > Agent Inbox. If More doesn't appear in your account, navigate to Breeze > Agent Inbox directly.
  2. In the left panel, select a run that you'd like to share.
  3. At the top, click the verticalMenuIcon three vertical dots icon. Then, click Share or the shareIcon Share icon.
  4. In the dialog box, click the dropdown menu and select from the following:
    • Only me: the agent's output will only be visible to the user who ran the agent.
    • Everyone in my portal: all users within the account, that have access to the agent, can view the agent's run output.
    • Specific users and teams: only the selected users and teams that have access to the agent, can view the agent's run output.
  5. When finished, click Copy link.
  6. To unshare an agent's run output, click Share. In the dialog box, select Only me and then click Done.
