When you are trying to publish your landing page or website page, you might come across an error message reading:

Sorry, there's already a page named [name] at this URL. Please choose a different URL. Learn more.

This error is triggered when publishing a page to a URL that's already being used for another live page or for a page in your drafts.

To resolve this issue, you can either change the URL of the page you're editing or change the URL of the previously published page. If you choose to change the URL of the previously published page, you'll need to refresh the editor of the page you're working on in order for it to detect that the previous page's URL has been changed.

If you're trying to create a replacement of a live page, we recommend the page be created and launched with content staging.
