Any recent version of HubSpot Sales for Outlook will support automatic updating, although there are some instances where you may want to manually trigger an update. Here's how:
Check your HubSpot Sales for Outlook version number
First, we'll check which version number is in use, to determine if auto-updates are possible. To check your version number, click About within the HubSpot Sales section in the Outlook Ribbon.
The version number will then be shown:
If the version number is 2.0.3 or above
This means you are on a version of HubSpot Sales that does support auto-updating. In order to update, simply close down and then re-open Outlook. If an update is avaible, it will be applied.
If the version number is 126.96.36.199 or below
This means you are on an older version of HubSpot Sales that does not support automatic updates. In this case, you will need to uninstall HubSpot Sales, and install the updated version. To do so:
