Supported countries for HubSpot calling

Last updated: August 25, 2025

Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:

Calls can be made to and from phone numbers in any of the following mainland countries. If you have acquired a HubSpot provided phone number to make calls, HubSpot only offers HubSpot provided phone numbers from the specific countries listed in this article.

Some supported countries for HubSpot provided phone numbers are in public beta. If you're a Super Admin, learn how to opt your account into the beta.

Supported countries for calling

When making calls from HubSpot using either a registered outbound phone number or a HubSpot provided phone number, the countries listed in the table below are supported. Any overseas territories that use the same international country code as the countries in this list are supported as well. For more information on countries supported for porting, check out this article.

HubSpot also limits calls made to special service numbers and numbers with a high risk of fraud. If you frequently place calls to these numbers, or need to make calls to countries not included on the list below, learn more about using a Twilio Connect account to make calls in HubSpot.

These countries are also supported by SMS two-factor authentication.

Please note: you must have an assigned Sales Hub or Service Hub paid seat to register your phone number with one of the countries listed below.

Country Restrictions
Argentina
Australia / Cocos / Christmas Island For users in Australia, calls from a registered outbound number to Telstra carrier numbers may fail due to Telstra's spam prevention settings. To avoid this issue, it's recommend you set up a HubSpot-provided Australian number to use for placing outbound calls. Alternatively, you can set up a Twilio account and connect it to HubSpot to place outbound calls, or use any other HubSpot calling integration.
Austria
Belgium
Brazil Outbound calls from registered +55 phone numbers will no longer be supported in HubSpot as of November 21, 2024 due to Anatel regulations.
Bulgaria
Canada
Chile Chile is introducing new regulations for automated and mass voice communications. Specific phone number prefixes must be used based on the type of call you’re placing:
  • 600 numbers are required for commercial communications where your customer has requested the communication.
  • 809 numbers must be used for unsolicited or blanket outreach campaigns.
Colombia If you have a registered Colombian number in HubSpot, outbound calls placed to from +57 lines to +57 lines are not supported. Calls from +57 lines to other non-Colombian numbers may also fail due to local call carrier spam prevention settings. To avoid this, it's recommend you set up a HubSpot-provided Colombian number for placing outbound calls, or use the HubSpot calling integration.
Costa Rica
Czech Republic
Cyprus
Denmark
Estonia
Finland / Åland Islands If you have registered a Finland/Åland Islands number in HubSpot, outbound calls placed from +358 lines to +358 lines are not supported. Calls from +358 lines to other non-Finnish numbers may also fail due to local carrier spam prevention settings. To avoid this, it's recommended that you set up a HubSpot-provided Finland number for placing outbound calls or use the HubSpot calling integration.
France France reserves 06 and 07 numbers for personal use. Non-interpersonal use of mobile numbers, including business calls, isn't allowed and should be migrated to 09 calling numbers.

Due to changes from Arcep, outbound calls from +336 and +337 numbers will no longer be supported. Starting June 1, 2025, HubSpot will no longer allow net new registration of France mobile numbers. All existing registered France mobile numbers will no longer be supported in HubSpot. These numbers will be removed from customer accounts. Customers will still retain ownership of the line with their existing call carrier.
Germany
Greece
Hong Kong Due to changes in local call carriers, local outbound calls from registered +852 phone numbers are no longer supported in HubSpot. Outbound calls from registered +852 phone numbers to all other international regions will still be supported in most capacities.
Iceland
India Due to local regulations on domestic calls in India, Twilio no longer supports local outbound calls as of August 1st, 2024. Outbound calls from an Indian number, to another Indian local/mobile number, won't be supported in HubSpot. As a result, any +91 registered phone numbers in your HubSpot account that attempt to place an outbound call to a +91 number, will receive an error message and the call won't complete.
Indonesia
Ireland
Israel
Italy
Japan You can still make calls to Japan from a Japanese number registered in HubSpot, or any number registered in HubSpot, but the caller ID will be blocked on the outgoing call. To avoid this, use one of HubSpot's calling partners to call through the CRM.
Kenya
Latvia
Lithuania
Luxembourg
Malta
Mexico
Netherlands
New Zealand
Norway Due to Norwegian regulations, if you call a Norwegian number, you must be in Norway. If you're outside of the country (or use a VPN that alters your location) and call a Norwegian number, your call may be blocked and the call may fail.
Panama
Peru
Philipines
Poland
Portugal
Romania
Singapore Making calls using non-Twilio phone numbers to Singapore phone numbers can't be guaranteed connection due to regulatory measures for outbound phone calls.
Due to changes in local call carriers, local outbound calls from registered +65 phone numbers are no longer supported in HubSpot. Outbound calls from registered +65 phone numbers to all other international regions will still be supported in most capacities.
Slovakia
South Africa
South Korea
Spain As of June 2025, The Ministry for Digital Transformation (Spain's regulatory authority for electronic communications) (Order TDF/149/2025) prohibits the use of mobile phone numbers starting with the prefixes 346 and 347 for business-to-consumer (B2C) telemarketing or customer service calls. The order mandates the blocking of calls that falsely present a Spanish caller ID but originate from international sources, to combat spoofing practices. These measures aim to combat scam calls and enhance consumer protection by ensuring better identification of numbers used for commercial purposes.

When you register a Spain mobile number, this number is not owned by HubSpot's calling provider Twilio, and utilizes verified caller ID. As a result, users placing outbound B2C calls from registered Spanish mobile numbers starting with 346 or 347, or users placing calls that present a Spanish caller ID (all HubSpot registered numbers), may receive an error message, and the call will not be completed.
Sweden
Switzerland
Taiwan Due to changes in local call carriers, local outbound calls from registered +886 phone numbers are no longer supported in HubSpot. Outbound calls from registered +886 phone numbers to all other international regions will still be supported in most capacities.
United Kingdom From May 27, 2024, any new UK long code purchase for messaging or voice will require an approved UK RC bundle. From Sept. 30, 2024, all UK long codes will require an approved UK RC bundle to send messages or make voice calls.
