Partner Account

Partner clients is a HubSpot CRM object that makes it easier for HubSpot Solutions Partners and HubSpot employees to work together to drive product activation and retention for customers.

Review your partner clients

To review your partner clients:

  • In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Partner Clients.
  • In the table, you can review your partner client records.

Partner client default properties

To view your Partner client properties:

  • In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar.
  • In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Properties
  • Click the Select an object dropdown menu and select Partner Client.

Use partner clients

The partner clients object is like other HubSpot CRM objects such as contacts and companies. With this object, you can:

  • Edit the partner client record
  • Associate it to other object records like companies
  • View and filter records for segmentation purposes. For example, create a view or list that shows your relationship type with each client and the amount of Sold MRR associated with each client. Learn how to view and filter records and create lists
  • Create custom object properties. 
  • Use partner client properties in workflows. For example, create a workflow that will send a notification to the record owner based on the Managed relationship estimated expiration date property. 
  • Create custom reports. For example, create a report showing the number of services set to expire in the next 90 days. Learn how to create custom single object reports and how to use the custom report builder
