Use commerce analytics reports to track your billing and payment data. Customize pre-built reports to monitor key metrics from your invoices, quotes, subscriptions, and payments.
Create, view, and save commerce reports
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Reporting > Reports.
 - In the left sidebar, click Commerce.
 - To view all of the reports related to a Commerce topic area, in the left sidebar, click the topic you want to analyze. Ready-made reports will appear.

 - Select a report you want to work with. A preview of the report will appear in the middle panel. Learn more about the different report types.
 - To filter your data, use the dropdown menus in the Filters header at the top of the report. Available filters vary by report. Learn more about editing report filters.

 - To further customize the report visualization, click Customize.
 - To share the customized report with other users, click Actions > Copy report URL. You can share this report with all users who have access to commerce reports. Learn more about Report access permissions in HubSpot's user permissions guide.
 - To customize report details, open the right sidebar to define, group, and compare data in the report.

- Show Metrics: toggle the Show Metrics switch on/off to see an overview of your key data.
 - Selected properties: click Selected properties to add or remove selected properties.
 - Property: click the Property dropdown menus to select the key data in this report.
 
 - Group 
    
- Dimension: click the dropdown menu to choose how your data is grouped.
 - Breakdown by: click the dropdown menu to break your data down by a specific selected property.
 
 - Compare
- Compared to: click the dropdown menu to compare your data to different date properties.
 
 - More
- Sort by: click the dropdown menu to sort your data by a specific property.
 
 

 - Define 
    
 - To read more about a report, in the right sidebar, navigate to the About this report tab.
 - Once you've customized the report, save the report to your reports list or a dashboard by clicking Save report at the top. Learn how to save your report to a report list or dashboard.

Types of commerce reports
Below are the commerce reports available in the report collections.
Invoices
- Aging summary: the count of invoices based on the accounts receivable age.
 - Balance due: the balance due for one-time and recurring billing payments.
 - Billed vs. actual revenue: the sum amount billed vs. the sum amount paid in company currency based on due date.
 - Invoice status: the status of invoices based on the amount of days paid late vs. on time.
 
Quotes

Quotes created by seller: the total number of quotes created by each sales representative, broken down by quote status.
 -  
Quotes accepted by seller: the count of accepted quotes grouped by sales representative's first name.
 -  
TCV of quotes accepted by seller: the sum amount of the total contract value (TCV) from accepted quotes, segmented by individual sales representatives.
 -  
Quotes pending approval: the number of quotes with a status of Pending approval for each sender's first name during the current quarter.
 -  
Quotes expiring: the total count of quotes that'll expire within the next 14 days.
 
Subscriptions
- Churn subscriptions value: the sum annual recurring revenue and monthly recurring revenue based on churn subscriptions.
 - Churn subscriptions: the count of churn subscriptions.
 - New subscriptions value: the sum annual recurring venue and monthly recurring revenue based on new subscriptions.
 - New subscriptions: the count of new subscriptions.
 
Payments
- Gross payment revenue: the gross payment revenue based on one-time/initial payments and recurring payments.
 - Total payment volume: the total payment volume based on sum gross amount.
