View lead score history and performance

To understand how your lead scores are being used, you can review contact and company lead score history and analyze the performance of your scores. To view lead score history, add the Lead score card to the record right sidebar. If your account has a Marketing Hub Enterprise subscription, you can view reports based on existing record scores and your score thresholds.
View lead score history
To quickly access an overview of a contact's or company's current and past scores, you can add the Lead Score card to the right sidebar of your records.
To add the Lead Score card to your records:
- Navigate to the record view editor for contacts or companies.
- In the right sidebar, click Add cards.
- Select the checkbox for the Lead Score card.
- To change the order the card appears in on the record, click and drag the card to its desired position.
- In the top right, click Save and Exit to apply your changes.
To use the card on a record to view more details about current and past scores:
- Navigate to your contacts or companies:
- Contacts: In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Contacts.
- Companies: In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Companies.
- Click the name of a contact.
- In the right sidebar, navigate to the Lead Score card. On the card, you can view the record's value for each score you've created for contactsIn your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Companies..
- To edit a score, click the score's name.
- To view more details about the score values, click See score history. In the right panel, view a trend graph showing score changes over the past six months and a list of events that changed the score.

View lead score performance (Enterprise only)
In accounts with a Marketing Hub Enterprise subscription, you can use the built-in score reporting to monitor the overall performance of your scoring strategy
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Lead Scoring.
- To filter your lead scoring, use the Scored object, Score type, Status, and Advanced filters dropdowns at the top.
- Hover over the score you want to analyze, then click Actions > View performance.
- In the Overview table, review:
- Contacts/Companies: total number of contacts/companies.
- Contacts/Companies scored: total number of contacts/companies scored.
- Average score: average score of the contacts/companies that were scored.
- Min score: minimum score of all the contacts/companies that were scored.
- Max score: maximum score of all the contacts/companies that were scored.
- In the Score distribution chart, review scores for all contact/companies that have been scored based on the score threshold. Each contact/company is grouped into low, medium, and high-score labels.
