For questions about your HubSpot Professional or Enterprise account, such as upgrading/downgrading, migrations, cancellations, pricing questions, consulting hours, website/company changes, etc., please contact your Customer Success Manager. If you do not have your Customer Success Manager's contact information or have a HubSpot Starter or free tools account, please reach out to HubSpot Support.
If you are using a HubSpot trial, please note that it will expire after 14 days. If you are in contact with a HubSpot Sales Rep, you can reach out to them directly to discuss a trial extension or reactivation. Otherwise, please contact HubSpot Sales. Please note that HubSpot cannot guarantee that requests for trial extension or reactivation will be granted.
