Review agent output

Review the output generated by an agent run in Breeze studio. Agent output includes the sources used, export options, and sharing settings available for each run.

Before you get started

Before you begin reviewing agent output in Breeze studio, make sure to fully understand Breeze, the requirements to use these tools, as well as their limitations and considerations.

Please note: Please avoid sharing any sensitive information in your enabled data inputs for AI features, including your prompts. Admins can configure generative AI features in account management settings. Understand requirements

  • A Super Admin must toggle the following switches on in AI Settings:
    • Give users access to generative AI tools and features
    • CRM data
    • Customer conversion data
    • Files data
    • Give users access to Breeze Assistant

Permissions required Breeze Studio permission is required to review agent output.


Review agent output

Review an agent’s run output and the sources used to generate it directly within Breeze studio or in the agent inbox.

Review output in Breeze studio

Review the agent output for an agent, switch between output formats, and inspect the sources an agent used during a run in Breeze studio.

  1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Breeze > Breeze Studio.
  2. Click the Agents tab.
  3. Click the agent card.
  4. In the left sidebar, click the Show history to expand the History column.
  5. Click an agent run. The Output column will be displayed.
  6. By default, agent output will be optimized for readability. To view the output in text instead, click the dashboardsIcon Output dropdown menu and select Text Output in the top right.
  7. To view the sources the agent used to generate its output, click Show activities to expand the Activity column. 
  8. In the Activity column, click [#] Sources underneath an action.
  9. In the pop-up box, click a website to view the source.

Review output in the agent inbox

Review agent output from the agent inbox when monitoring multiple agents or recent runs. You can also filter the agent output and mark all agent output as read.

  1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Breeze > Breeze Studio.
  2. Click the Inbox tab.
  3. By default, the inbox is filtered to Run by me. To filter the inbox, click the Run by me dropdown menu and select an option:
    • Run by me: review output that was run by the user viewing the inbox.
    • Shared with me: review output that was shared with the user viewing the inbox.
    • All runs: review output that was run by any user.
  4. Click an agent run. The Output column will be displayed.
  5. By default, agent output will be optimized for readability. To view the output in text instead, click the dashboardsIcon Output dropdown menu and select Text Output in the top right.
  6. To view the sources the agent used to generate its output, click Show activities to expand the Activity column. 
  7. In the Activity column, click [#] Sources underneath an action.
  8. In the pop-up box, click a website to view the source.

Export agent output

Export run output to a PDF file for sharing, record keeping, or offline review.

  1. In the Output column, click Export PDF or the pdfFileIcon PDF file icon.
  2. When the export is ready, click the notification notification icon in the top navigation bar.
  3. In the right panel, click the export notification to begin the download.

Share agent output

Share agent output with other users or teams by updating run visibility settings and copying a shareable link.

  1. In the Output column, click Share or the shareIcon Share icon.
  2. In the dialog box, click the dropdown menu and select an option:
    • Only me: the agent's output will only be visible to the user who ran the agent.
    • Everyone in my portal: all users within the account, that have access to the agent, can view the agent's run output.
    • Specific users and teams: only the selected users and teams that have access to the agent, can view the agent's run output.
  3. When finished, click Copy link.
  4. To unshare an agent's run output, click Share. In the dialog box, select Only me and then click Done.
