The SurveyMonkey integration is engineered to bring you closer to your prospects and customers than ever before and enables you to take SurveyMonkey data and turn it into something actionable.

Using the integration, you can:

  • create new contacts in HubSpot when a survey is completed by someone who is not yet a contact in your database (available for Surveymonkey Basic, Monthly Select, Annual Select, Gold, or Platinum plans; require Email Collector method for Basic or Monthly Select)
  • see whether or not a contact has completed a specific survey on that contact’s timeline in HubSpot (available for Surveymonkey Basic, Monthly Select, Annual Select, Gold, or Platinum plans; require Email Collector method for Basic or Monthly Select)
  • pass a contact's survey data to Salesforce (requires the HubSpot Salesforce integration)
  • segment contacts based on whether or not they completed a survey (requires Surveymonkey Annual Select, Gold, or Platinum plan)
  • segment contacts based on their exact answers to survey questions (requires Surveymonkey Annual Select, Gold, or Platinum plan)
  • sync full details of specific responses from SurveyMonkey to HubSpot contact timelines (requires Surveymonkey Annual Select, Gold, or Platinum plan)
  • score a contact based on whether or not they have filled out a survey (requires Surveymonkey Annual Select, Gold, or Platinum plan)
