You can associate contacts and companies within HubSpot to gather even more information about groups of your contacts. When you associate a contact with a company, that contact's Sales engagements (CRM emails, calls, meetings, and logged activities) will carry over to the associated company's timeline.
Please note: Notes, Tasks, and Marketing activity will not carry over to the associated company's timeline.
If you see that your contact's activity is not appearing on the associated company's timeline, check to see if the contact's associated company has changed. The contact's activity will only appear on the timeline of the company with which the contact was associated when the activity took place. This allows you to get an accurate understanding of the contact's engagement, since their activities take place in the context of their association with that particular company.
There is no way to manually allow your contact's previous activities to appear on a new associated company's timeline, but all of these historical activities can always be seen on the contact's timeline.
