Why is my contact's activity not appearing on the associated company's timeline?

You can associate contacts and companies within HubSpot to gather even more information about groups of your contacts. When you associate a contact with a company, activities on that contact record will be associated with the associated company by default. To learn how you can customize which records are associated with a particular activity, check out this article.

If you do not see an activity you'd expect to see on the associated company record, first make sure that the timeline activity you're looking for has been included in the company timeline filters. If the activity still does not appear on the company timeline, it's possible the activity was not associated with that company record. Locate the activity on the contact timeline and click Edit. Then click Add a company and check the box next to the company you'd like to associate the activity with.
