Why am I getting an error loading Salesforce field mappings?

  • If you are unable to see your field mappings in Contacts > Contacts Settings > Contact/Account Field Mappings and have never seen them before, you may not have fully completed the integration setup
    • Check first to make sure that you have installed the HubSpot package in Salesforce
    • If you have, make sure that you have an HS-0000 object within HubSpot Settings in Salesforce
  • If you had previously been able to see the mappings, but they no longer appear, you may be over your API call limit
    • You can check this by going to Contact Settings >Salesforce Connector >Status
    • API calls have a 24 hour lifetime, and the connector will automatically unsuspend itself once more calls become available
